I have chosen to dedicate my professional life to serving others by providing education, coaching, and partnerships that move people from thinking about succes into creating success. As a Realtor, I help others buy and sell personal residences, businesses, rentals, fix-and-flip houses, vacation homes, second homes and land.

I believe in a holistic approach to real estate, where my clients and I determine together what the best purchase is for their situation, so that it FITS their whole life. I believe it is critical for happiness to keep things in balance in all aspects of life. Whether it is a home for your family or an investment property to pass down to your kids, it is important to do it with the "end game" in mind as much as the current goal.

This approach allows people to maintain true and lasting success in their financial world. I come from the mindset that money and business success need a solid foundation to stand firm on; so as a person improves their family and business relationships, gets out of debt and seeks personal growth at all times, their money success will be sustainable and fulfilling.

I began Real Estate investing in 1997 and became a licensed Realtor in 2005. I became a Real Estate Coach in 2001, Business Coach in 2005 and an Accountability Coach in 2009. Through these various ventures I learned to set up businesses entities, provide structure for partnerships, estimate cost and income projections, provide accountability to all parties involved in projects to meet deadlines, encourage team synergy through facilitating group conference calls and webinars and bring projects to completion for the profit of all involved.

No matter if I'm coaching, wearing my Realtor hat, or doing investments, I put my heart and soul into the individuals I am working with to make every transaction a win/win for all parties!

When I am not doing Real Estate, I find great fulfillment in helping those that are less fortunate to life’s basic necessities of food, shelter, clothing and love.
